Payment methods & invoice

At Inspiration Medical GmbH you can choose between several methods of payment:

	PayPal offers simple, fast and secure payment. At the end of the order process you will be redirected directly to PayPal. There you can then log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment Inspiration Medical usually receives payment within a few minutes and the order will be processed and shipped immediately.
	At Inspiration Medical GmbH, you can pay securely and easily by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, provided it was issued in Germany. The credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. Extra protection for your credit card payment: The procedure meets the current security standards for payments on the Internet. Confirmation is "dynamic", i.e. for online card payments, a special confirmation is issued for each individual payment generated approval via your mobile device. If you have already used the procedure with password entry, you can only confirm an online payment.
	giropay - is a simple and secure online payment method. It is now offered by over 1500 savings banks and other banks. You pay via the online banking of your bank. A separate registration is not necessary. The service is free, you only need your access number for your online banking.
Invoice	From the second order on you have the possibility to pay your order on account. Please transfer the entire amount to our bank account within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please indicate the invoice number of your order as reason for payment.
Prepayment	If you pay in advance, the articles will be shipped after receipt of payment. Please transfer the amount due to our bank account within 7 working days. Until then the goods will remain reserved for you. Depending on your bank it can take 2-4 days until we receive the payment. Please make sure to state the prepayment invoice number as the reason for payment. Does the rejection of my financing request have an influence on further orders? No, your product wish is always checked individually, so that a later decision can be quite positive. Does the PostIdent procedure have to be carried out? No, the PostIdent procedure is not necessary here. Can I adjust my instalment plan during the term of the contract? If financial bottlenecks occur during the term of the plan, there is the possibility of suspending the instalments or permanently reducing the instalment. Visit your easyCredit customer portal here and make the desired adjustments yourself. What is the easyCredit customer portal? When you complete your instalment purchase by easyCredit, you automatically receive the access data for your personal easyCredit customer portal. Here you can manage your instalment purchases, make changes to your personal data, place orders or carry them out yourself. Furthermore, this online portal serves as your personal letterbox, in which all relevant documents for your hire purchase are stored and can be viewed at any time.

When you return your ordered goods, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the source of payment with which you paid your invoice.

We send the invoice, with VAT shown, by e-mail as standard.
You can manually select in the order and payment process whether you would like your invoice to be sent by post.
